Finding out what freedom is thru your dogs and pets

Many years ago, when I was nothing but a ‘pup’ of sorts, I found out what freedom was (or so I thought), in my heart, soul, and mind, when I soloed my first aircraft at age 16, on a grass runway, in Anita, Iowa. Just a kid, by any sort, but I always had dreams of freedom, but when I flew that single engine Cessna 150 aircraft, into the sky on my first solo, and then subsequently set it back onto the grass runway "intact" I knew then what freedom was, or so I thought. It was an internal feeling of pride, accomplishment, and FREEDOM being all alone in that aircraft in the sky, or so I thought.

Now I am 54 years old, and my dreams are still always taking me back to freedom, but “not” that of flying "free" in the Cessna Aircraft. Now days, I have re-discovered each and every day that being "free" and having “happiness” is just simply (not thru a plane) but just plainly enjoying my dogs, pets, and animals, thru their “intrinsic value” of their lives associated as my extended family and as my own. My dogs, pets, and animals are not the governments, they belong to me, and I love them, without Uncle Sam, Aunt Nazi, or Cousin AR Pervert, getting in my way of "animal happiness" just to love and take care of my dogs, pets and animals on my private property in common sense “Animal Husbandry,” not someone else’s mandatory Animal Laws.

Never under estimate the power of one ‘rogue” animal controlling authority on your private property.

This mass government sponsored “humane society” which I refer to as an alleged puppy “mill” - “theft” for rescue, adoption, or pet murderer thru ‘forced’ animal law enforced “dangerous dog” designation euthanasia programs, written into these animal laws, to enforce many simple yet non-offensive or non-harming animal care and control regulations, is just the start of the examples of the above animal controlling process. By you simply not noticing that 5 minutes ago (or there about) you as the pet owner allegedly left an empty pet bowl without water in it, or whether you “failed” to license your pet according to government forced “taxation without representation” of your dogs, pets, and animals, you are under the thumb of government forced animal law tyranny.

Subsequently at the end of all the illicit, legal, or illegal proceedings in the animal controlling incident, the government sponsored animal controlling authorities (allegedly called humane societies) which are, in fact, a business of keeping and selling “your” pets and animals of sorts, make an alleged profit (sorry donation) from the dogs, cats, pets and animals confiscated from pet owners, to them be adopted out (as an alleged rescued animal) from you, the pet owner described above (as just one example). The scenario repeats itself nationwide.

NOW, THAT IS WHAT HAPPINESS IS ALL ABOUT!

All you wanted to do to happiness and animal ownership satisfaction is have that same ole feeling of “freedom” and “happiness” with your dogs, cats, or other pets and animals on your own private property as We as People recognize as a “freedom” not a rule of privilege in animal law.

Just like when I “thought” I was free when I was 16 years old, flying solo in that Cessna 150 aircraft, I now know that my thoughts of being “free,” now are “not” of just about me personally, or my pride or physical accomplishments, like soloing in an airplane, but that “freedom” and “happiness” came from a more major “intrinsic” value in my life. It comes from “My pet” animals. Which is just a damn silly little puppy, dog, cat, or other pet or animal in my home (or your home) that I (or you) can call my (your) extended family; now that is “freedom” and “happiness”.

For your pets and animals belong to “YOU” not the government, Period.

And no “stroke of the pen” in animal care and control laws can change that fact. “Your dogs, cats, pets and animals, belong to “YOU!”

Have you ever said to yourself or anyone else, essentially that you have lived your life the way you wanted to, that you have done everything you ever wanted to do in life, and did it all well? Now that We as People become older in the circle of life, We as Pet Owners only want the same thrill of the past “freedoms” and “happiness” but it can truly only now are found in the “intrinsic value” of our animal’s life, rather than just thru self serving materialistic needs and desires.

Let us each just recognize and pleasantly say to ourselves and others that owning a simple little puppy, dog, cat, horse, or other pet animal, or even two or three, four or more animals on private property, whatever … that you as a pet owner can take responsibly take care of, is not morally, legally, or simply “animal hoarding.” It is called being responsible for your own extended family, children, dogs, cats, and other pets and animals recognizing that “We as People” are never perfect in all that we do in life. Even God and Jesus Christ recognize this fact in life, yet animal control authorities and animal care and control laws along with animal shelters and animal rescues, do not honor or obey. They just exercise the letter of the animal laws, and easily inflict “tyranny” thru these animal care and control laws everywhere, in the name of the law (called Man’s law, not God’s). Now I can also expect these same alleged tyranny “animal controlling” values to be in place as well, in the Loess Hills Humane Society, in Mills County, Iowa. If I am wrong about this, then I beg for anyone to “prove me wrong with facts.” Please do, or forever hold your peace or leash, whichever the case maybe!

We the People of all careers and locations in this nation, and those people in authority dealing with lawful (unlawful) authority over people and their animals, need to remember from time to time; pet owners are only human, and not a robot, or superman or superwoman, and on occasion may make minor mistakes, even with a simple little puppy. No one gets killed, maimed, arms, legs or paws cut off, no one gets there ass shot, starved, tortured, mutilated, or stomped on... not even their puppy or other animals in their care. This is the majority of tyranny cased that animal authorities and animal shelters use to “illegally confiscate” their pets for “resale” as a rescued pet. Just because the animal laws, have a “penned” statement in an animal law violation, it may have occurred by strict “definition” of the animal laws in question in your area or jurisdiction of your private property, when in “fact” no act of neglect, abuse, or improper animal care has ever taken place. Laws are only “words” written on paper, and are interpreted differently daily, by lawyers, judges, policemen, and even animal control authorities. That does not make it right or even justified to enforce “BAD” law tyranny.

HAPPINESS FOR YOU AND NOW YOUR LITTLE PET OR ANIMAL, WILL NOW SOON BE GONE FOREVER!

With the stroke of an “animal rights” legislator’s or animal control authorities pen in Animal care and control laws, and taxation of all your pets and animals, etc. Does ANYONE in this forsaken world even care? Or appreciate the simple heart-felt love for a pet or “companion” animal and still have a desire to retain their FREEDOM in responsibly owning their pet animals? We as pet owners are growing tired of “tyranny” upon our lives and our dogs, cats, or other pets and animals, mainly in the name of “taxation without representation” (animal license taxes) let alone the multitude of animal care and control laws growing by leaps and bounds every single day in all locales worldwide.

So, I think we should all just stop here, go to bed, WITH YOUR LOVING PETS, and before we lay our heads on the pillow look at our pets next to each of us, and thank God and Jesus Christ, for just one more day of “freedom” and “happiness” with our puppies, dogs, kitties, cats, or other pets or animals, and happily just go to sleep with our little and alive precious "fur-balls" lying against our face! NOW THAT'S HAPPINESS!

Dog Licensing Is An Outrage
Your Pet Belongs to You, Not the Government

The erosion of our freedom to own dogs, pets and animals, rings true of the current political climate in the USA Today. We the People who own dogs, cats, pets and animals are especially struck by the public’s statements concerning agreement or apathy towards all the various government licensing to include that of our pets and animals.

Definition of Licensing and the Misconceptions:

Most people seem to believe that a dog or pet license is a freedom, when in true fact, it is a taking. A license is a temporary, revocable permit issued by government that allows the holder to have something or to do something that is otherwise illegal. For example, in the USA the licensing of firearms has virtually removed our Second Amendment right to keep and bear arms. Any time a license is issued, a freedom is jeopardized. By the very act of licensing dogs, the act of owning or even possessing a dog has been made illegal.

Animals are traditional property, now legally having “Intrinsic Value:”

Animals are human-kind's most ancient and traditional property. Before ever we settled down to a plot of land and threw seeds in the soil, we numbered animals as our most valuable possessions. Wealth has always been associated with the number of animals that a person owned, and kept. Now animal ownership, use, and the ancient, honorable practice of animal husbandry are under global attack by dog laws, animal ID laws globally. It was initiated by the animal "rights" movement, and adapted by local, state, and federal governments throughout the world.

A Dog's life has 'intrinsic value,' New York judge finds:

Finding that a dog "is somewhere between a person and personal property," a New York trial court said a pet owner whose dog died following unauthorized surgery may seek damages beyond the purchase price of the animal. "[A dog] is not an inanimate thing that just receives affection; it also returns it," the court wrote, citing Corso v. Crawford, 97 Misc. 2d 530 (N.Y., Queens County Civ. Ct. 1979).

Doing Away with Dog Ownership:

All the dog legislation, animal control laws, dog ownership licensing, animal breeder licensing and animal ID programs will effectively do away with all but the largest commercial breeders and providers. When the small traditional owner and holder have been the basis for our animals and economy world-wide, it soon will end with all animals owned being controlled through licensing of many types and behaviors, as well as the food we all eat for life will be controlled by the seed products being copyrighted thru large commercial concerns like Monsanto, and those of us who have traditionally grown our own food or owned animals personally for various reasons will be locked out or the owners will be locked up literally, also known as “Jail” or animal shelters, etc.
